My Biggest Business Breakthrough!

I had been in business for over a decade and I wasn't doing any of the things I actually wanted to do, I was doing all of the things I didn't.

I hated micromanaging but not sure how to stop it. I was trying to delegate tasks and roles but hearing the words “ sorry I forgot”  felt like groundhog day and I was forgetting things myself from trying to juggle all the balls.

I felt guilty in every area of my life.

It just wasn't what I signed up for.

I wanted out.

But I was so fearful of making a decision I couldn't just take back.

Everything I built over the years. There HAD to be a better way. How does every other larger business get past this? 

And then my coordinator quit. With one weeks notice to work away for a salary I couldn’t compete with.

I cried for 24 hours straight. I drank wine and thought about all the ways I could just burn it down to maybe cash in on some insurance.

And then 48 hours later I made a decision. To break the mould, to stop this from happening again, to make the changes and to create a system that could solve all my problems.

To NEVER have to do the job of training someone on the front desk role EVER AGAIN because God knows I hardly knew how to do it anymore.

And so QUIT-PROOF FRONT DESK was born.

Guess what happened next…

I started to love my business again. I started to be able to give better roles and responsibilities and have a way to track them and hold people accountable.

I had more time to work on the projects I so wanted to work on. I started a WHOLE NEW COMPANY. I hired a full time marketing manager, I started to be able to do what I loved which was helping people, growing people, laughing with my people!!!

It's amazing what the right tools in your business can help you achieve. When you take away the emotions and replace them with solutions you get to move past those challenges and grow.

I love a challenge but even better I love the feeling of smashing one.
